Do I have to pay to use Zima?

No, you can install and use Zima for free

Do you have a premium plan for more than 2000 clients?

Yes. Contact us for a special price.


Can I try a premium plan before purchasing?

Yes. After you have installed a Zima server, you automatically get a 14 days trial period in premium mode.

What happens after my 14 day trial period expires?

The server will continue functioning normally with all the basic features. Only premium features will be inactive. Your server license is switched to the free mode.


If I have 350 clients, and I purchased the starter plan; 200 clients. Can I choose my premium clients?

Yes. You can specify which ones you want to be premium through Settings->License.

I got an unexpected hardware failure and my server is down.
Do I lose my license? What do I have to do to restore my server?

No, you do not lose your license. You can simply reinstall Zima on a new server, and restore your database from your backup file.
